EVANDER HOLYFIELD 'REAL DEAL GRILL' FROM CIRTRAN GOES GLOBAL

The Evander Holyfield Real Deal Grill(TM), the new electric indoor/outdoor grill endorsed by the former world heavyweight champion and manufactured by CirTran Corporation (OTCBB: CIRC) (www.cirtran.com), will soon be available worldwide through a new global marketing agreement announced today.

Under the terms of the agreement, Northern Response will obtain exclusive worldwide rights to market The Real Deal Grill outside the U.S. via TV shopping channels, direct response TV, retail stores and online from Web sites hosted locally. Northern Response will also air the CirTran-produced infomercial featuring Holyfield on TV around the world and on stations whose signal reaches both sides of the U.S.-Canada border.
